We choose equipment that has proven itself here, including during power and internet outages, and set everything up so you can watch along on your own phone. Remote access, a temporary code for the plumber, an alert for a door left open: it all runs through one system that we maintain for you.

We work with professional tools and measuring equipment, not consumer gear. That means faster work, a sharper result and no damage to your home. Maintaining and replacing all that equipment is our problem, not yours: there is nothing you need to buy or store.
Usually yes. We assess your current equipment and connect it to our supervision where possible. Only when something is genuinely unreliable do we advise replacing it, with the reasoning on paper.
You. We only get the access needed to follow up alerts, laid down in the management agreement. The system shows you exactly when and why anyone looked in.
The alert reaches us, we assess how serious it is and for real emergencies we are on site to close the mains and limit the damage. Afterwards you receive a report with photos and a proposal for the repair.
