Casa Maestros, reachable at [email protected], is the controller for the personal data processed through this website. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish LOPDGDD.
What we collect
Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number, the town and type of your property, the services you tick and your message. This website sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics that identify you.
Why we process it
To answer your request and, if you become a client, to prepare and perform our agreement. The legal bases are your consent and, later, the performance of a contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement are deleted within twelve months. Client data is kept for the duration of the agreement plus the legal retention periods that apply to invoices in Spain.
Who receives your data
Nobody outside Casa Maestros, except the hosting provider that technically processes the website and email traffic. We never sell or rent personal data.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data at any time via [email protected]. You may also complain to the Spanish supervisory authority, the AEPD (aepd.es).
