What does property care on the Costa Blanca cost?
Three care plans with a fixed rhythm of visits, separate services for owners who want to start small, and every amount shown with and without IVA. These are from-prices: your exact price is on paper before you commit to anything.

You do not need a plan to work with us. Many owners start with a single service and add to it once they have seen how we work.

Arrival services
For your own stays and for rental guests. You always hear the price beforehand.
- Grocery service
Groceries at cost with the receipt, plus a service fee that you hear before you order.
- Airport transfers
The taxi company's fixed price per ride, depending on the airport, the town and the number of passengers. The taxi company invoices the ride; we plan and coordinate it.
How your price comes about
A from-price is the lowest price for that plan. What your own home costs depends on its size, on whether there is a pool and a garden to look after, and on how far it is from our routes.
During the intake we walk through the house with you, on site or by video call. After that you receive a written proposal with fixed rates, before you commit to anything.
Repairs and materials are never hidden in a plan. If we find something, you first get photos and a price. Nothing is repaired without your yes, unless you gave us a standing mandate for small amounts.
Questions about prices
With us, key holding on its own starts at €99 a year, excluding IVA. That covers secure, coded storage of your keys and handing them over to the people you authorise. If you also want the house checked, the Essential plan starts at €39 a month and includes a full check and a photo report every month.
Our prices are quoted excluding 21% IVA, the Spanish VAT. On this page the amount including IVA is shown next to each price, so you know what you actually pay.
Because a studio in Dénia and a villa with a pool in Moraira do not need the same amount of time. The from-price is where each plan starts. Your own price follows in writing after the intake, and until then you are not committed to anything.
There are three ways. Full rental management starts at 15% of the rental income. If you only need the changeovers, a changeover clean starts at €55. And in the Carefree plan, changeovers and guest support are part of the weekly service. During the intake we work out which one fits your number of bookings best.
