We store your keys securely and coded, never labelled with your address. You decide who may receive them and when. Scheduled visits follow a fixed checklist covering water, electricity, alarm, doors and windows, damp and post, and every visit ends with a photo report to your inbox.
That depends on the package you choose: monthly in Essential, twice a month in Complete, weekly in Carefree. After storms we add extra checks in every package, because that is when homes get hurt.
You hear it the same day, with photos and a clear proposal: what it is, what it costs to fix and how urgent it is. Nothing is repaired without your yes, unless you gave us a standing mandate for small amounts.
Yes, always. A dated photo report after every single visit is the core of our service. You should never have to wonder how your house is doing.
Often, yes. Many Spanish policies limit cover for water damage or burglary when a home is unattended for more than 30 to 60 consecutive days. Regular documented visits help you meet those conditions. Read your policy for the exact wording; we are happy to look at it with you.
Gladly. Cleaning, fresh linen, airing, pool ready, fridge filled with your list, heating or cooling on. You walk into a home, not into a to-do list.
Yes, rental management is one of our core services. We handle guest changeovers with cleaning and linen, act as the local contact for your guests and check the house between stays. The marketing of your listing stays in your hands; we make sure the house itself is always right.
